A Survey of African Poetry in the London Times, Sunday Times, Financial Times, the Times Literary Supplement 1865-1985

Francis Ernley Walrond was born in England but moved to South Africa in 1904. Walrond was both a poet and a bank manager, and he co-founded the Veldsingers' Club.
