A Survey of African Poetry in the London Times, Sunday Times, Financial Times, the Times Literary Supplement 1865-1985

The Commonwealth Education Conference, held in Delhi in January of 1962, was a meeting of educational ministers from colonial nations of the UK who were seeking additional education and training in order to increase the educational level of their nation. The Conference in 1962 specifically considered books and their publishing in the English language.
