Mohammed Moussa was born in Palestine. He earned a bachelor's degree in English literature and worked as a journalist, translator, and English language trainer. His poetry book I Was Born in Gaza explores his experiences during wartime. Living in a besieged city and occupied country has influenced his writing, through which he conveys his experiences to the outside world.
